They have a soft, squishy feel making them easy to catch and they won't be rolling away from you when dropped. With four panels these are great for all levels of users. Directions Instructions for juggling with the Cascade Classic balls: 1. Hold one ball in each hand. 2. Throw the ball in your right hand in an arc towards your left hand, while simultaneously throwing the ball in your left hand in an arc towards your right hand. 3. Catch the balls with alternating hands. 4. Repeat the pattern, gradually increasing the speed and complexity as you become more comfortable with the juggling motion.
